Eggless Milkless Butterless Cake
Kathy, thanks so much for posting this! It reminds me of the HOBO bread recipe my Grandma used to make us when i was little. We are allergic to soy, so I used Spectrum (Palm Oil) for the shortening, otherwise followed the recipe to a T. PERFECT! I'm going to try your other ones next. Thanks again!

Easy Flat Iron Steak in Wine Sauce
This was soooo great! Tasted like a dinner we'd order in a nice restaurant and pay a pretty penny for. We were just saying that we needed to use mushrooms in the fridge prior to them spoiling in the next couple of days, then found this recipe. My husband cooked it in no time and we had it with a great salad. Really hit the spot, thanks so much for posting!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This was soooo yummy! I used onions instead, but only because i forgot to buy everything i needed when i went to the store. Very good, perfect for a cold day in Alaska.
