Sweet Candied Orange and Lemon Peel

I made this for my husband, as he loves Orange Peel from Rocky Mtn Chocolates, he said these were wonderful and he could not stop eating them. Now it is time for another batch, thank again for posting this recipe.

Basil-Lime Sorbet

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

These turned out very cake like and very moist and stayed soft. I drizzled icing over them made of powdered sugar and orange juice. I felt like the pumpkin was lost in this cookie, the fresh cranberries were wonderful, but I could not taste the pumpkin.

Pepperoni Penne

I used diced tomatoes instead of fresh and added oregano, basil and crushed red pepper. I also, used half n half in place of the heavy cream. We had no left overs and that is a great sign. Thanks for the recipe.

Asian Ginger Dressing

This turned out great and was just what I was looking for. i did use a combination of Sesame and Chili Oil and then I added toasted Sesame seeds.

Moroccan Lentil Soup

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)

We felt it was bland and needed something else, I wish we had used some of the cumin as suggested. The yogurt was better than sour cream we tried both ways.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

This is the most amazing French Onion Soup, we made this for Bastille Day and it was wonderful. The name says it all; Simple and Rich. We made it exactly as stated as far as ingredients. I did prepare up to the point where it would go in the bowls. Then I put it in the refrigerator as suggested, the next day I warmed it up, placed into the bowls, with bread and all the cheese, broiled it until beautiful and served. It was the best.

Chicken or Turkey Crepes with Tarragon

My family enjoyed these for Bastille Day, I followed some of the other suggestions and doubled the Tarragon in the sauce and added a pinch of salt. We used left over chicken and the flavor was very nice with some depth and silky smooth rich. I served this along with French Onion Soup.
