Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting
This recipe is AWESOME!! I tried the vanilla recipe as written, I thought it was great, I used a pinch of salt like some suggested. My husband, however, thought it was too sweet. Also, the original batch only frosted about 12 cupcakes. So I decided to add the 1/2 cup of cream cheese (another reviewer suggestion) and doubled the recipe when I made it again. This was PERFECTION!! The texture and flavor was wonderful. I will definately use this recipe again, even without the cream cheese.
