Easy French Dip Sandwiches
Added a twist.. Make it on garlic bread with the cheese melted. It's great!

Home-Fried Potatoes
This recipe is great. I even make them with white potatoes and also add a red bell pepper as well for color. This is a Sunday breakfast favorite in my house.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes
This is a great base recipe. I like to add a little garlic to the recipe for more flavor.
