Peanut Butter Bars I
I used 1-1/2 sticks butter and it turned out just fine. I love chocolate and peanut butter. This turned out too sugary though. Think I'll try 1-1/2 cups sugar next time. It was good. I was just expecting better I guess.

Agedashi-esque Tofu

Jalapeno Poppers of Champions
Assuming that you spice up the cream cheese and precook the peppers, these will definitely disappear in a hurry.
