Tortilla Soup II
Delicious! Followed the recipe exactly except that I multiplied it by 4! It turned out great! I added corn as well as suggested by some others on here. Very flavorful. The tortilla strips on top really seal the deal!

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts
I really did not care for this dessert. Probably was just a personal preference more than anything.

Baked Chicken Nuggets
Awesome recipe! My kids LOVED these, and they are VERY picky! This will become a regular at our house!
