Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
I made this today for a trial frosting and I did tweak it because it had too much of cream cheese flavor for my taste. I ended up adding more whip cream (about another cup). I also didn't add salt. I did have plenty left, so maybe next time I will use a little less cream cheese. The consistency was great to spread on the cupcake.

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup
just finished making the soup and it's delicious. A great recipe. I did tweak it a little. I didn't have Sherry wine, so I used a little balsamic vinegar and a little Port wine. My husband said it tastes similar to Panera Bread's French Onion Soup... my 7 and 4 year old loved it too- so definitely a keeper recipe!

Fruit Dip II
I just made it for my daughter's party and this is a great recipe. I added a hint of vanilla & coconut extract to give it a little flavor.
