Loved it...a little bit salty but i'll just use reduced sodium soy sauce next time. Probably omit the bay leaf too, picky hubby!! Nice crunchy salad and french dip sandwich, perfect, quick and easy meal..

Touchdown Taco Cups

These were great, baked the "cups" two days before, and they were still soft day of event. I didn't add lettuce to bottom of shell afraid it would get too soggy. But topped it with lettuce, dollop of sour cream and salsa. Big Hit!!!

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings

Chicken wings turn out great but make sure to cook as directed for the extra crispness. I rated it 4 stars, as I felt it was still lacking a little something, otherwise great!

St. Louis Toasted Ravioli

Chocolate Bar Fondue

This was fabulous! Recently had a fondue party with some girlfriends, and they absolutely loved it. There was around ten of us and there was still plenty of leftover, so I think I will halve the recipe next time.

Italian Love Cake

Cake was fabulous. Big hit at the party I took it too. I added mini chocolate chips to the top to give it a little bit of added sweetness. I cooked it in a metal pan, I think I will use a glass pan next time, as it wasn't as moist as I would have liked it to be.

Pumpkin Cake II

moist, easy to make and super yummy!! Will def. make this again! I also took the advice of others and added a hint of nutmeg, gave it that extra boost!
