I enjoy cooking and love to share food with people, although coming up with dinner plans every single night isn't that easy. I find it easier to make weekly meal plans of my family's favourite dishes; not only does it help us budget, but then the plan is all set and all I have to do is cook! Anything that doesn't make a load of dishes. One pot/dish meals are my favourites that way I can spend more time with my son. Christmas cookies- I can't wait until my son is old enough to make cookies with me for Christmas.
