Curried Carrot Soup
This was not flavorful enough for my taste. When I made it a second time I added an additional 2 teaspoons of cumin, 6 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. I also used additional vegetable broth to thin it instead of water. These changes made a very tasty soup.
