Iam currently into baking and decorating cakes. I have thoughts of doing it as a business. I live part time with my boyfriend and do some cooking for the both of us. I dont really consider myself haveing much experience cooking compared to my baking. Cakes, cookies, sweets in general. If I do cook is's mostly chicken. My cooking ventures come from trying to make something my mom,grandmother, or grandfather use to make. As a family tradition we stick to the mexican culture, making tamales for christmas and menudo.
