About this Cook
I'm a recent college grad who is preparing for P.A. school. My passion are swimming and cooking and of course eating!
My favorite things to cook
I really like to bake; my friends and family constantly complain that i'm ruining their diets, but no one ever says no to a fresh baked goodie. I like entertaining and hosting dinner parties especially when i come across an exotic or unique recipe.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My uncle throws an amazing Thanksgiving every year that is to die for. We're Chinese so he puts an Asian touch on the culinary traditions of the day with delicious results.
My cooking triumphs
A peanut butter chocolate three layer cake. I made every speck of it from scratch and decorated it with real flowers at the end. It was both beautiful and delicious
My cooking tragedies
One time I mixed up the powdered sugar and flour. I made three different cookie recipes and each time they came out flat as pancakes and incredibly sweet before I realized my mistake!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Excellent cookies! I refrigerated the dough for an hour before rolling it out and cutting into shapes. These flew out of the cookie jar which I found super impressive given that my family is more of the chocolate cookie loving type.

Monster Cookies I
These are the best peanut butter cookies I have ever made! I added peanut butter m & m's to the batter and they tasted great. I thought the absence of flour and the abundance of oatmeal would make for a tough texture but I was so wrong. They came out chewy on the inside and just a tad crunchy on the exterior.

Garlic Chicken Pizza
This was yummy but it definitely needed something more. Next time i make it i think ill add a sauteed onion and some spinach.
