Oven Roasted Potatoes

Great flavor combinations with these herbs. We used small red potatoes and followed everything else as stated. Easy and quick side dish to any meal! Thanks for the post!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Enjoyed this meal at Christmas; the combination of seasonings for the marinate was very flavorful and the roast turned out pretty moist and tender. Will certainly use this rec again, so encourage you to try it also. Thanks for the post!

Bran Flax Muffins

Really great tasting muffin, though I did make a couple changes because of what I had on hand. Used grated sweet potatoes vs. carrots and added a little bit of dried fruit-dates and cranberries. Very moist and flavorful-will be making these again, so thanks for this healthy rec!
