Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket I
Very good, we added 2 cups of Merlot Wine after cooking for 4 hours. Used Korean BBQ Sauce. Very tender and delicious!!!

Delicious Artichoke Dip
turned out GREAT but if you add a 1/2 cup of garlic it is simply delicious!
