Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

WOW! These came out AWESOME!!! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe! I used a small box of mushrooms and cut the cream cheese in half and still had a little filling left over. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing!! :)

Easter Egg Nests

I thought these were REALLY cute! I thought they would be more white chocolate-y,It was more like just enough white chocolate to hold the coconut together. We will make them again but I think I'll add more white chocolate! Oh and we used little candy coated chocolate eggs in the middle. Definitely a fun family project! :)

Old-Fashioned Potato Pancakes

I thought these were wonderful! This was my first attempt at potato pancakes so I wasn't sure what to expect. I made half with cheese and half without and greatly preferred the ones with cheese. I also waited until the end to do my seasoning. I will definitely make these again!

Simply Lasagna

What a hit this was! I've never made lasagna before but decided to try it for a parent meeting at my daughters school it was excellent. I added extra 1/2 jar of spag sauce which made it perfect. Its a new family and parent club favorite!!!
