Sausage Egg Casserole
This was pretty good, easy and differant. I did mix sage sausage with the pork for flavor.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
This goes over very well. I make it for my family and my office. I do change it up a little: instead of chicken buillon & water, I add 1can low sodium chicken broth, 4 c. half & half, 1 sm. bag frozen corn, 4 sm. red potatoes peeled & chopped, and 1 can rotelle tomatoes (drained) instead of tomatoes & green chiles then top with the cilantro and a dallop of sour cream. Wonderful with chips.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Honestly could these be any better? These are my 19 & 22 yr. olds favorites. Great recipe...thanks!
