we really liked this! i used strawberries instead of rasberries and made some candy covered pecans. i also added half of the blue cheese to the salad as i added more to my own serving. definitly will make it again!

Wild Mushroom Puff Pastry

good taste if you like mushrooms...my puff pastry didn't come out right. spreading butter between sheets will give you a nice golden brown and make it tastier.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

i couldn't find my muffin pan so i made it in a 9in. round pan. its great!! i would add walnuts to it for some crunch...mmmm

Pumpkin Cookies VI

tried these for a family contest...i changed the raisins to craisin for tartness and that thanksgiving feel. they could be a little more pumpkiny, though =)
