Barbara's Golden Pound Cake
The best pound cake I've ever made, used almond extract instead of lemon and it was fine. Very light and not dry.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III
These were so so so delicious! I read another review that it only made 15 cookies when you put them together, but I made 30. Maybe they used more than a teaspoon when dropping the dough. They seem small when you drop teaspoon fulls, but when they bake they become the perfect size. I am not patient and so I decided to melt my butter in the microwave for both the cookies and the filling, which turned out great. I agree that just a small amount of filling is all you need. It was a very easy recipe as well.

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Slices
I used PAM instead of butter, and just used cinnamon instead of cinnamon/sugar. 15 minutes on each side wasn't quite enough time to make them very soft, so I added about 10 minutes.
