These were delicious. YUM! I have never made manicotti before without cooking the noodles first, but they turned out great. I used fresh garlic instead of powder, added some italian seasoning and used basil instead of parsley. SO GOOD!

Cinnamon Honey Butter

Yum! This Butter was delicious. I made it as written but then added more butter to help thicken it and cut down on the sweetness a little. If this is your first time making it I would suggest making it as written and then change it to suit your needs. YUM!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

WOW! This recipe is AMAZING! I have made it twice in three days. Both times it turned out GREAT! I cut the batch in half for just one loaf, baked for 60 minutes and it was perfect, just as written. Thanks!!!

MMMMM... Brownies

These brownies were okay. I would not make them again. They were too cakey for me, I like more fudge-like brownies. And I didn't think they were sweet enough either.

Tomato Spinach and Basil Soup

This soup was fantastic! I loved it. I used a few handfuls of fresh baby spinach and used the mandoline to finely chop the onion. Next time I will use a little less sugar, it was a little sweet. But superb! I also baked a refrigerated pizza crust and melted 1 cup mozz cheese on top and sliced into "dippers." PERFECT!

Coconut Custard Pie IV

This pie turned out great. Following the advice of others I added a little more coconut. Next time I might add a splash of coconut extract to liven it up more. Great pie! YUM.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This was sooo simple and delicious. I used a smaller roast since there are only 3 of us, and added provolone, but kept everything else the same. So good!!!

Mini Tacos

These were easy and great. Next time I will add a little more sauce to the meat before I put them in the cups. They also might be good as pizza cups with the beef, green peppers, onions, pizza sauce and then the cheese. YUM!
