Rainbow Clown Cake
I made these into cupcakes for my son's 4th birthday party and they were a HUGE hit. We took icing along and let the kids put it and sprinkles on by themselves. Will definitely make these again!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This was AWESOME! We had a pound of ground hot italian sausage so we used that instead of the beef and also used the whole tomatoes with basil and it was PERFECT! This is definitely going in our rotation.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
These are the BEST muffins I've ever had! I could eat the entire pan. I tried this and another recipe on this site and the others didn't even come close. I think it's the lemon zest that seals the deal (I used twice than what's called for). I doubled the topping and used half brown sugar half white sugar but other than that made them as written. YUMMERS!
