Homemade Tomato Sauce II
This sauce never fails. I do it almost every week and it is amazing how consistently good it remains. Follow the exact recipe with the same quantities and you are up to a very simple yet very delicious sauce. It is even better than what you usually get served in restaurants.

Salmon in Lemon-Dill Sauce
It is was great and very easy to prepare recipe. I would recommend using less butter as Salmon is already a fatty fish. I also did not have white wine and cooked it entirely without it, and it came out great. Also I substituted the lemon pepper with regular white pepper because I already felt it had enough of lemon taste and did not want it the sauce to turn bitter.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
This is a fabulous recipe. Very easy to prepare. Since I'm not a big fan of sun-dried tomatoes, I did not use them but the result was still awesome. I would recommend insisting on fresh parsley and fresh baked bread, as I think they make a big difference.
