I am just a southern gal trying to do my best with what I have in life. thanksgiving. from meats to veggies and best of all desserts, no one walked away hungry or unsatisfied. I was making a huge batch of dressing for a thanksgiving meal at work and was in a time crunch. it was late when it came out of the oven and i just put it straight into the fridge to cool for the night. the next day when we went to reheat it there was an awful smell comeing from it. lesson learned, items put into fridge to hot will sour.
