I made these for Christmas, and they were the best Pizzelles I've ever tasted. They were light and crispy. Best of all, they didn't stick to the Pizzelle iron at all. I followed the recipe exactly, and they were perfect. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

I made this for the 1st time ever today for Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit! The topping is delicious!! I only used half the sugar in the sweet potato casserole and it was sweet enough. I think it would have been too sweet if I had added the full amount. It was awesome! This will become a tradition for sure. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.

I double the recipe and only use 1/2 cup sugar for a 12 serving-sized casserole, because the pineapple juice sweetens it also. I also add two slices of bread. Make sure to cut your bread in small cubes. It's delicious cold too, like a dessert! Thank you Cheryl!!
