Beef Stroganoff III
This recipe was absolutely fantastic!!! Family fav!! I did exactly what one viewers said, except I added my own little twist.
1.)I marinated the meat in white wine for 2 hours.
2.)Then I took it out and browned it in the pan.
3.)Removed it.
4.)Sauteed my sweet yellow onion and garlic for a couple of minutes.
5.)Then I added my flour and let that brown for 1 mins.
6.)Then added my meat back along with one can of beef stock.
7.)Then I added the mustard and a few drops of worchestshire.
8.)THEN (this is where I added my own twist) I added one packet of Lipton's beef onion soup to the mix and 1/3 cup of water.
9.)I let it cook for 30 mins on medium and then I added the 1/3 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup of cream cheese and let it simmer on low.
When it was done I put this over some egg noodles with some garlic bread and TA_DAH! I absolutely LOVED THIS RECIPE!!! My boyfriend's roommates are in love with me now because they think I am some sort of cooking godess! Little do they know I got this one online. Muahahhaha! (evil laugh)
