Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
My children can't get enough of this bread. I always seem to have big cans of Pumpkin so I double the recipe and make 5 loaves. I think this a great way to hide whole wheat flour or flax seed. I put 2 cups of ground flax seed and 5 cups of flour. Next time I will try 3 to 4 ratio. The kids never know they are eating well. I also double the spices to give it more kick. Thanks.

Best Brownies
Never have been able to bake brownies. These work ONLY if you follow the directions to a "T".
