I have been cooking since I was about 10. Funny huh. Well, I'm going on 26 so I've got a lot of cooking ahead of me still :) I enjoy trying new things, and collecting cookbooks of all sorts/from all regions. Every since I was introduced to Latin American food, I am forever hooked... Sice allrecipes.com limits their varieties to "Mexican" only, I specialize in Latin American cooking. My fiance is from Colombia, so I've been cooking colombian food for almost 7 years. Good recipes from that country are hard to find on the net. I will try to post some. I also like Argentinian, Bolivian, Ecuadorian, Puerto Rican, Cuban...just to name a few. Holiday cooking! Mastering some of the hardest dishes like home-made empanadas, buñuelos, flan..etc. Oh, I've wasted my fair share of money on food that has turned out horribly.
