Great alternative for boneless pork chops instead of the good old sauerkraut and pork chops. I left the raisins out the second time and it didn't change the flavor too much. The apples came out perfect, almost like comfort food meets refreshing. Excellent!!

My first time ever making an apple pie and it was excllent!! Everyone wanted the recipe at Thanksgiving. The second time I made it though the filling seemed to be just a little too runny, so next time I'll add maybe just a little more flour. Thanks for the recipe!!

I really really really wanted to love this recipe becuase of all the excellent reviews, but my cookies are rock solid today and I just made them yesterday :( Generally I am a pretty good baker. I took them out a little before they were done because I like my cookies a little doughy and like I said, today they are rock solid...I'd really like to try this again, maybe a modification to the recipe, anyone have any ideas??
