Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Everyone loved these at our Holiday party. I found the bacon did not get crispy. So i cut each piece into 4ths and still had enough to wrap the with but it didn't overlap very much and was able to cook well.

Pecan Crusted Chocolate Truffle Pie

Super yummy!!! Easy to make but lots bowls and pots to clean up. Everyone raved about the taste. Very rich a little goes a long way.
