Apple Enchilada Dessert
Quick, easy and very tasty. Served with icecream this was a huge hit.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
Everyone loved these at our Holiday party. I found the bacon did not get crispy. So i cut each piece into 4ths and still had enough to wrap the with but it didn't overlap very much and was able to cook well.

Twice Baked Potatoes
Very indulgent but worth it! I really think the red pepper is the key flavor missing from other recipes I've tried.
