Vegetarian Quiche
My Meat eating husband said this was the best quiche I've ever made!!! awesome!! I did cut the amount of peppers in half cause he doesn't like them much. and doubled the Mushrooms. Wonderful!!!

Zucchini Patties
SO yummy!! added a handfull of crushe ritz to the mix. Was wonderful.

Blackberry Cobbler
followed recipe exactly exept added cinnamon and vanilla. Entire family raved about it for 2 days. Love it!! Will make all summer long!
