Heavenly Potatoes and Ham
Cooked this for a large group of people and it went over great! I used about 2 1/2 cups ham and we didn't have bread crumbs so I used garlic parmesan croutons crushed up and added more parmesan cheese. I really liked the crunch from the croutons. Got rave reviews and I will be making it again.

Chocolate Pretzel Rings
I needed a quick treat to make after work for a cookie party, these were great. I used mini pretzel twists and Hug kisses. The store only had mint M&Ms, which I was hesitant to use but it turned out great. I never made it to my party but took these into work the next day and they disappeared immediately. Will defiantly make these again.

Ruby Drive Sloppy Joes
I've made this several times in the residential treatment facility I work in. Everybody really enjoys it and I usually double it. The first time I made it I thought the ketchup taste was to strong. When I made it again I decreased the ketchup and also the Dijon mustard. We were out of Worcestershire so I used some steak sauce. We really enjoyed it the second time. I'm sure I'll be using this recipe again!
