Veggie Lasagna Florentine
Very good. I added a chopped yellow squash in with the sauce and a layer of sliced zuccini on top of the sauce. It turned out great. My vegetarian friends and even my meat LOVING husband said it was someof the best they have had.

Chicken Enchiladas II
This was wonderful. I added several things of my own to it to make it even more interesting. Sliced olives, chopped orange peppers, chopped onion, diced tomatoes.

World's Best Lasagna
Very time consuming and labor intensive, but it was the best lasagna I have ever tasted. I will make it again, but only on special occasions due to time.
