Really good! I made this for Thanksgiving today for just the 2 1/2 of us and it's almost gone! I added 2 cloves of garlic to the onion butter mix, bacon sprinkled over the beans at my husband's request, and topped the stuffing with slivered almonds. I was hesitant about the stuffing instead of crunchy onions to be honest but it turned out excellent. My 3 year old even gobbled up his greens with no complaints. Thanks for a real keeper!

After eating at my husband's favorite German restaurant in his hometown, I HAD to find a recipe for red cabbage and this was it! I don't add the onion and I use apple cider vinegar instead of white. We eat this a lot in the winter with meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Yummy!

Very dependable recipe. I've done white choc chips with it, used half wheat flour, and even added a half cup of oats and no matter how I change it, the cookies are always perfect! The coconut's key. Thanks!
