This was great! I was having company and realized that I did not have any salad dressing on hand. This was perfect as it was easy to make and I had all the ingredients on hand in my kitchen. I added more sugar and next time would not use so much vinegar. Also I used Miracle Whip in instead of mayo.

This was quick and so yummy! I did not have cloves nor a food mill so this is what I did instead...I added in some Italian seasonings in lieu of the cloves. When it came time to use the food mill, I pureed everything in my blender. Based on other reviews, I added some cream (half and half). I would defintely make this again - even for guests!

This was a super fast and easy recipe! My family really liked it but I did alter it a bit. I followed some suggestions of other reviewers and reduced the olive olive. I also added some green onions to the white onions to be sauted. When the sauce was simmering, I added some dried garlic, dried basil and grated romano cheese. It was GREAT!
