Polish Dill Pickle Soup
Very easy and quick to make. I added one thing, mostly because it's a main way I make soups. While boiling a large pot of water, I fried on med-heat 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped celery stalks until opaque (not browned). I added this mixture to the pot along with the diced carrots (I did not do mixed vegetables, just carrots). Of course, pickle juice was added and when the soup was completely finished, I stirred in a little bit of fresh chopped parsley. Excellent soup!!

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup
This is excellent with ribs instead of pork sausage!! My great grandmother's recipe was similar to this one.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Everyone loved this recipe!! I was hoping to take a photo to post, but they went so fast I wasn't able to. Next time, I will have to bake these when no one is home and snap that shot. I actually didn't change the recipe by much, I simply added more chocolate chips and vanilla. This is a great recipe, a must try!!
