Apple Crisp II
Easy and so good! This was my first apple crisp recipe and it will probably be my last (and only)...I don't think I'll find one to top it!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
You cannot get any better than this! You may want to put it in front of your guests and step back quickly because they will run you over to devour it! I thinly slice french bread & baked it in the oven for a bit (until crisp) then rubbed it with some raw garlic to serve with the dip. yum yum yum.

Cherry Cobbler I
This was my first cobbler & my first time baking with fresh cherries. YUM!!! I put in a pinch less water and it turned out beautifully. My only regret was not having vanilla ice cream on hand!
