Easiest BBQ Pork Chops
Good recipe with a few changes made to it.. per previous comments, 1/2 ketchup, 1/2 bbq sauce. also, i added 1 tsp minced garlic. smelled better than tasted; however, still will make again for sure.

Cottage Cheese Gelatin Mold
Good recipe. My husband is borderline diabetic, so this is perfect to serve. I will try adding some fruit to it next time.

Mommy's Sweet Carrot Milk
It was ok. I used cinnamon / ginger, like others suggested. I would definitely cook carrots a little longer in pan, to make them more soft (easier to work with). My husband and I werent too impressed with this recipe; however, my 2-year old son drank alot of it. I may make it again.. not sure though..
