Deep South Fried Chicken
Great recipe! I added a few seasonings, which can be to anyone's liking. I have tried frying chicken many times but it never comes out right. Thanks to your timing, it came out PERFECT!!! I can see that this will be a favorite at my house. Thanks!

Scalloped Potatoes 'n' Franks
I help my daughter with her daycare and we have this for lunch sometimes. The children love it and it is one meal that gets all eaten. They ask when we are having it again. This is easy to make and something we can put together in the morning, put in the refrigerator, and put in the oven when it's time.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
this recipe is very easy to make and the best pancakes I have ever made. just ask my family. They didn't last long. This will be my new pancake recipe for my family.
