Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
These cookies are good....but the cream cheese you don't really taste to much and I also added more to the recipe.The dough taste like cheesecake but once its a cookie it just a sugar cookie.But I do like that these cookies don't taste sugary.
I had no problem rolling it out, I just put the dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and rolled.I don't like to use flour because it tends to change the taste of the cookie.This dough does need to be cooled though so just make sure that dough stays cold before rolling each time.
But other then this nice recipe.
