Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie
This is a fantastic version of pecan pie. I did cut down a bit on the chocolate chips (used 4 oz.), since I've had the expereince of too much chocolate in a pecan pie. Also, I used the small toll house chips, which disperse better. I didn't chop the pecans. Looks much nicer if you use the halves.

Tuscan Cream Cheese Spread
I just made this for a cocktail party tomorrow. The recipe suggested letting the flavors meld overnight....and I can only imagine what it will be like then. I licked the bowl --- and it is delicious! 5 stars, for sure!

The Best Veggie Sandwich
Excellent, quick sandwich that has a lot of eye appeal. The only modification I made was to omit the alfalfa sprouts, which have that pesky habit of gettting stuck between your teeth.
