Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken
This was fantastic. I decided to just try the recipe "as is". So many times people change the recipe, then give it a poor rating. I loved it and my husband loved it. Served with black beans and rice. Sprinkled a little dill on top of chicken prior to serving. (this did take approx 45 minutes to get done ) Will definitely make again. Thank you Amy.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was great. I changed the servings to 10 and went from there. (could have used a few more potatoes!) I took one reviewer's suggestion and substituted chicken broth for part of the water. We like our soup a little thicker so I did end up adding instant potato flakes. I also added carrots and 2 cans of corn. Topped with a little bit of shredded cheddar prior to serving. This makes a delicious, hearty corn chowder! Will definitely make again.

Tuna Patties
These were very good. I agree with the majority and used 2 cans of tuna and 1 box of stovetop stuffing mix. Definitely skip the sauce! This is a great, easy and affordable recipe. Have shared with family and will definitely make again. My husband devoured them.
