Blueberry Cream Muffins
I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. They're certainly not better than a good bakery's muffins; even the supermarket bakeries in my town have this recipe beat hands down. They're good; not great. Not good enough for me to give up a trip to the bakery!

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
Opted for this over the Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting because I intended to use it primarily for decorating and didn't want to waste the cream cheese. This was an excellent decorator frosting. Follow the recipe exactly for perfect frosting... easy to use, easy to handle in the pastry bags, colors easily and holds up wonderfully! Will use this recipe for cake decorating from now on.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II
I have too many suggestions to improve this recipe, according to the tastes of my family, so it's difficult to give this a higher rating. Certainly a good basic recipe. The middle layer of sugar is sweetness overload! You couldn't get through it all... too much! Either omit it or use a different filling recipe. I decided against the butterscotch pudding - not enough people like that flavor - and opted for what I had on hand, which was chocolate and vanilla. That was ok, but I'd use all vanilla next time. Probably won't make this cake again.
