Very good meal! I have a food sensitivity to cow milk so I used shredded sheep-goats milk instead and I used the cherry tomatos I had on hand. I found there was a lot of extra tofu so I simply reheated it at the end and ate is as a side dish. Overall very good and something that fits nicely into a student budget. Thanks for the recipe! I'll be sure to use it again soon.
