Gourmet Chicken Pizza

My fiance LOVES this pizza and is always asking me to make it for him. Only thing that I change is to add some crumbled bacon on the top.

Kris' Lentil Sausage Soup

I am not crazy about kielbasa so I left it out and the soup turned out wonderful!! I froze half of it in portion sizes and it is great heated up with some parmesan cheese on top.

Cola Burgers

We loved these!!! I left them sit overnight in fridge and then grilled them on my George Foreman grill. They came out very moist. The extra french dressing/cola sauce was nice as a dipping sauce too for the burgers.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

Very very good!! I made only half of the recipe since I was cooking for only two people and added a few cloves of garlic to the chicken pan. Served it with garlic bread, my fiance and I loved it. I think next time though I would use about half of the ricotta as it made a lot of sauce.

Light 'n' Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Apple Pie
