I've been married for two years and we both work for a non-profit Christian Ministry geared towards working with College students. We love our jobs, but it give us a crazy schedule which calls for some creative cooking. I'm not organized, so I'm always looking for a great recipe with the random stuff I have on hand. I like cooking more than baking and I like variety so this question is hard to answer. I enjoy making Mexican food because my husband and I both like things that are spicy. My mom makes pies each year for the Holidays - we all look forward to them. I like trying things that are a little beyond anything I've ever done before and challenge me. I also enjoy which I change up recipes and they come out even better. Honestly - I never usually make the same thing twice, I'm always trying new things. The Ham I made this Thanksgiving was delicious and probably the most important things I've cooked. Too many to count.
