Red Lentil Curry
I tried this recipe looking for an Indian style curry and was sorely disappointed. I followed the recipe and the results were something along the lines of meatless chili. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't at all what I was aiming for.

Mediterranean Lemon Chicken
This chicken is good but is not meant to be the flavorful center of your meal. I used 2 lemons and more garlic and the flavor still came out very light. I used chicken tenders and turned them twice as I don't have a baster. They came out fairly tender and I served them over couscous with asparagus. My only complaint is that all of the sauce burned even after I decreased the temperature there was nothing left, though the chicken seemed unaffected.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles
I didn't have any parsely so I did as another reviewer suggested and instead added rosemary and lemon juice and I cooked the orzo in chicken broth. The pasta came out delicious and I could not get enough of it. I underestimated how much spinach to put in and continued to add it to leftovers. The chicken, however, came out bland and rubbery. It didn't take on the flavors at all. Next time I'll add more vegetables and skip the chicken.
