Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
Perfect! My kids will even eat the crust. I make mine in a bread machine and have no problems. When I want to "spice" things up I add 1 tsp garlic poweder and 1 Tbsp of fresh minced basil. But this recipe truely needs nothing, it's great!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust
The flakiest! I used the idea of one person to use a grader to shred the butter. It came out even better the second time. Thanks for the great recipe and tips!
