Marinated Pork Tenderloin
I wanted this recipe to work for me so badly that this is probably the fourth or fifth time I have made it. Problems sprang with the first tries. I used the oven the first time but the smoke detector went off due to my young experience cooking meat. The second time I overcooked it (both times using pork chops). These last times I used a flat iron steak and a grilling machine. I wanted the meat more tender than when I had the chops, so I killed it even more with a fork and then used another cooking utensil. I only marinated it for about 2 or 3 hours. I grilled it for about 3 or 4 minutes. SUCCESS finally!! It came out restaurant quality. This time, it was SO simple to make. Thank you so much!!
