Sausage Egg Casserole
This was very good. I made it for company and assembled it the morning I baked it. They ate it for the next two mornings. Just as good reheated... YUM!!

Dijon Grilled Pork Chops
These were WONDERFUL!!! Like another reviewer, I used applesauce instead of juice. Did not marinate but about 3 hours; grilled 1/2" chips 10-12 mins per side. Perfect!!! Can't wait to have again!
