Grilled Pheasant Poppers

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
Took this to a christmas party and went over well, but I did do something a little different. Since I crew do not like things really hot and this was on the hot side. I added some teriyaki sauce to the poppers once they were cooked. It had a great flavor and still had enough heat.

Very tasty. I also replaced 1TBSP orange juice for the water. It did seem to enhance the flavors.

Great cookie would suggest doubling the cardamom and cinnamon. Then adding a pinch of ground ginger and cloves.

This are terrific. I did not do the baking soda wash, but after forming the dough I placed them on the baking sheet and lightly coated them with butter and kosher salt.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
Great recipe, but I did make a change. I added dried cranberries instead of blueberries. I soaked the cranberries in a bowl of hot water and then drain and squeezed out the water before putting the cranberries in to the muffin batter. Also I would omit the crumb topping it is way to sweet.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
This was a great recipe. To melt the chocolate chips I had a pot with water on the stove on a medium-high heat and used a small metal bowl to melt the chips in. It came out extremely smooth and creamy. Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mix. I made four different batches in different flavoring. My nephews and niece really loved them, that is a great sign. :)

Great recipe. I don't think the reduce glaze is necessary because the fish has a great taste without the added reduction sauce.

This is a winner. I followed other suggestion like coating the skin with a little olive oil to give it a more crispy skin. I also added a little cheese on top in the last 7 minutes of baking.
